Many of our themed prints are produced in limited runs, so if a size shows out of stock on the product page it usually means we can’t guarantee a restock date. If you really want a specific print or size, the surest move is to grab it while it’s available. Sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of the page to be first in line when new prints drop.

At the cart page you’ll see an option labeled “Enter your discount code or gift card.” Paste your code, tap Apply, and the amount will deduct from your total before checkout.

We ship across the United States and to 27 international countries including Canada, the UK, Australia, most of Europe, and select destinations in Asia and Latin America.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After they ship:

• U.S. standard shipping: 7–10 business days
• International standard shipping: 7–15 business days, depending on destination and customs

Occasionally packages are marked ‘delivered’ before they’re actually dropped off. Please check around the entryway, with neighbors, and at your mailbox first. If 48 hours pass and it’s still missing, reach out via the Contact page with your order number and we’ll open a claim with the carrier (USPS or FedEx).

U.S. orders include no extra fees. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by your country — those are charged on delivery and aren’t collected by ShirtBoom. Check with your local customs office for specific rates.

You have 30 days from delivery to return an unworn, unwashed shirt with original tags. We’ll refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. Sale and clearance items are final sale unless they arrived damaged.

Email us via the Contact page with your order number and which item(s) you’d like to return or exchange. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with the next steps and a prepaid U.S. return label.

Yes for U.S. customers — we provide a free return label by email after your return is approved. International returns are on the customer; we recommend a tracked service so the package arrives safely.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 3–5 business days. It may take an additional 2–5 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit on your statement.

If you return the entire order for a refund, we refund the original shipping fee as well. For partial returns, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Absolutely. The fastest way is to return the original for a refund and place a new order for the size or style you want — that locks the new shirt in before it sells out. If you’d prefer a direct swap, mention it when you reach out and we’ll set it up.

Lightweight, breathable woven fabric chosen for warm-weather wear — soft, drapes well, doesn’t cling. Cuban styles feature a relaxed open camp collar; Classic styles use a structured spread collar with full button placket and chest pocket.

Our shirts are pre-shrunk during production and pass strict QC before they go out, so you should expect minimal further shrinkage when you follow the care instructions. The print also won’t fade under normal wash.

Machine wash cold with like colors on the gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang dry to keep the print sharp and the fit intact. No bleach. Iron inside out on low if needed.

Our all-over prints are designed to stay vivid wash after wash when cared for as recommended. Cold water and low heat are your best friends — high heat over many cycles is the main thing that wears prints down.

Classic — Timeless everyday fit with a buttoned spread collar and straight cut. Comfortable, never boxy. Pick your usual shirt size.

Cuban — Relaxed resort fit with an open camp collar, wider body, and dropped shoulder. Made to be worn untucked. Same size for a roomy drape, or size down for a closer cut.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually edit the size, style, or shipping address. Email us via the Contact page within a few hours of placing the order — the sooner the better. Once it’s shipped, we can’t recall it, but we’re happy to help with a return.

If you don’t have your order number handy, contact our team and include the email or shipping address you used at checkout — we’ll locate the order as quickly as possible.

U.S. sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state laws. International orders are tax-free at checkout; any import VAT or duties are determined by your country.
