Not the right fit? Wrong size? Wrong color? We’ve got you covered. ShirtBoom accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, and our team handles the back-and-forth so you don’t have to. To start, just email us through the Contact page with your order number and a short note about what’s wrong — we usually reply within 1–2 business days.

What is your return policy?
You can return or exchange regular-priced items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached. We do a quick visual check once your return is in motion to make sure the shirt is still in resellable condition.
The following are not eligible:
- Items that have been worn, washed, ironed, altered, or otherwise damaged
- Sale or clearance items explicitly marked Final Sale
- Items returned without their original tags
- Gift cards and promotional inserts
If your item arrived defective or damaged, the 30-day rule and “unworn” requirement don’t apply — we’ll make it right.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email us through the Contact page with:
- Your order number (it’s in your order confirmation email)
- The item(s) you’d like to return or exchange
- A short note about the reason — size off, change of mind, defective, etc.
Within 1–2 business days a member of our team will reply with the best path forward for your specific situation: refund, replacement, exchange, or store credit. The whole process is handled by us — you don’t need to figure out shipping logistics on your own.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your refund is approved, it’s issued back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. After that, your bank or card issuer may need an additional 2–5 business days to actually post the credit on your statement — that part is outside our control.
If you paid via Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal, the refund posts to whichever card or account those services drew from.
Can I exchange for a different size or print?
Yes. Most of our prints sell in limited runs, so the fastest path is usually to place a new order for the size or print you want and let us refund the original — that locks in the new shirt before it sells out.
If you’d prefer a direct swap, just mention it when you reach out and we’ll let you know if your desired size/print is in stock and set up the exchange.
My item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong — what should I do?
Reach out within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. Whether it’s a print defect, a stitching problem, or we shipped the wrong shirt entirely, we’ll fix it at no cost to you — no return required for these cases.
Keep the original packaging if possible until the issue is resolved.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually cancel it or edit the size, style, or shipping address. Email us as soon as possible — the sooner the better.
Once your order has shipped, we can’t recall it, but we’re happy to help process it as a return once it arrives.
Do you accept international returns?
International returns are reviewed case by case — the right path depends on your country and the situation. Email us with your order number and we’ll let you know the best way forward, whether that’s a refund, store credit, or another resolution.
Do you refund the original shipping fee?
If you return the entire order for a refund, we refund the original shipping fee too. For partial returns (you keep one shirt and return another), the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Quick Tips
- Remember to Keep the Tags On: Items returned without the original tags attached are not eligible. Keep the tags on until you’re sure it’s a keeper.
- Return & Exchange New Items Only: Returned and exchanged items must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition without any damage.
- Make Note of Final Sale Items: Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. These are flagged clearly on the product page and at checkout.
- Don’t Delay, You Have 30 Days: Items cannot be returned after 30 days from delivery unless they’re damaged or defective.
- Have Your Order Number Handy: Your order number is in your confirmation email. Including it in your first message helps us respond faster.
- Prints Sell in Limited Runs: If you want a different size or print, place a new order while it’s in stock — don’t wait on a refund.
