Refund policy

We design every shirt to be worn proudly — to a backyard cookout, a fishing dock, a Halloween party, a Christmas dinner. If something isn't right, we want to make it right.

30-Day Returns

You may return regular-priced items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or store credit.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with the original tags still attached.
  • Please try shirts on over an undershirt to keep them clean.
  • Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

Free Return Shipping (U.S.)

Return shipping is free for orders shipped within the United States. Once your return is requested, we'll email you a pre-paid return label.

International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges and any duties or taxes paid at delivery are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email hello@shirtboom.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. We'll review your request within 1 business day and send return instructions (and a pre-paid label if you're in the U.S.).
  3. Drop off your package within 14 days of receiving the label.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

If your shirt arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no charge — no need to return the original.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the size or print you want. This way, you lock in stock before it sells out.

Refund Timing

Once your return is received, we'll inspect it and email you. Approved refunds post to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Bank processing can add a few additional days.
