Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped from our U.S. warehouse within 1–2 business days. During holiday seasons or major launches, processing may take an extra day or two. We'll always send a tracking number as soon as your shirt is on its way.

United States Shipping

Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or OnTrac) are selected automatically based on your address and current capacity. We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. military APO/FPO addresses.

International Shipping

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fee. Please check with your local customs office for details. If a package is refused at customs, the original shipping cost will be deducted from any refund issued.

Order Tracking

As soon as your shirt ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime from your account or by contacting hello@shirtboom.com.

Shipping Times Are Estimates

Delivery windows are based on carrier transit times and do not include weekends, federal holidays, or delays caused by weather, customs, or carriers. We can't guarantee delivery dates, but we'll do everything we can to keep things moving.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a tracking number marks your package as delivered, ShirtBoom isn't responsible for theft or loss at the delivery address. If your package is missing, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier, then email hello@shirtboom.com and we'll help you file a claim.

Address Changes

If you need to change a shipping address, email us at hello@shirtboom.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Once a label is generated, we may not be able to redirect.
